Our Wallbox charging points come with a 2-year warranty as standard. We offer a 3-year warranty for Easee charging points and even a 5-year warranty for Zaptec charging points. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Yes, you can return your charging point within 30 days if you are not satisfied. You can register your return via your account or send an email to info@slimmlaadpunt.nl. Please contact our customer service for more information about the returns process.

That depends on your current electricity connection and the type of charging station you choose. In some cases, a separate meter is required to measure power consumption.

3. Can I also use my charging point outside?

Yes, all charging points are suitable for outdoor use. The charging points are waterproof and resistant to extreme temperatures.

4. Can I install my charging station myself?

We advise you to have the installation of your charging station carried out by a certified installer, so that you can be sure that the installation is carried out safely and professionally. On our website we offer the option to choose installation via our installation partner.
